Online Scheduling for Emergency Dental Appointments and Dental Hygiene
We're pleased to offer online scheduling for new and existing patients requiring emergency dental care or dental hygiene with examinations. This convenient service allows you to book an appointment quickly and easily. However, please read the following important information before scheduling:
What to Expect:
- Unfortunately, WE DO NOT ACCEPT MEDICAID INSURANCE.
- Evaluation Appointment: Your scheduled Emergency appointment is first for an evaluation. Although you may receive same-day treatment, We cannot guarantee treatment during this visit as we need to assess your condition first.
- After you request an appointment, if you are a new patient, or have not been to our office for 5+ years, you must fill out the necessary registration paperwork in order for us to see you. You can do so by following this link
Financial Considerations:
- Insurance Verification: While we attempt to verify insurance prior to your appointment, this may not always be possible on shorter notice. Please be prepared to pay out-of-pocket if we cannot verify your insurance in time, in which case we will submit all claims to your insurance and reimburse you accordingly. We do not accept state Medicaid insurance.
- Minimum Costs: Emergency appointment evaluations typically range from approximately $180 to $320, depending on the types of X-rays required. This is a minimum estimate and may increase based on your specific needs. If more extensive X-rays are necessary for accurate diagnosis, these will be required and charged accordingly. We do not negotiate on necessary diagnostic procedures as they are crucial for your proper care.
- New patient hygiene appointments have an estimated cost of $130 for dental cleaning, $200 for a full series of X-rays, and $130 for a comprehensive exam and treatment plan.
- Payment: Payment will be due at the time of service if you do not have insurance, or if we are unable to verify your insurance before your appointment.
